The support team is based in our London office. Not only does Cryoserver provide proactive and reactive support, but we also help you to run your email archive efficiently, properly and minimize the need for assistance where possible.
The Cryoserver team will deal with all issues there and then, on the spot, and on every interaction they’ll also perform routine health and maintenance checks as standard.
