ISO 27001 Certification Status achieved. Cryoserver signs up it’s first NHS Trust customer. Cryoserver implements GDPR Compliance Features into the solution.
Cryoserver Version 8 Released
FCS embarks on ISO27001 Certification
FCS (UK) Limited established to serve UK businesses and Forensic & Compliance Systems Ltd to serve European and ROW Businesses. Cryoserver UK moves into larger premises in Central London. US Support office opens.
Cryoserver Version 7 Released
UK Distributor appointed to expand Cryoserver’s UK presence and develop partner channels. Cryoserver multi-tenant partner signed in North America.
Cryoserver supplies into all sectors from Regulators, Finance & Legal, Education and Government, Retail to Sporting Bodies. Cryoserver multi-tenant partner signed in Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
Cryoserver Version 6 Released
Cryoserver expands sales distribution into Switzerland with local Swiss Distributor. Cryoserver multi-tenant partner signed in New Zealand.
Cryoserver Cloud offerings come to the market. Cryoserver is now available as an on-premise solution (Appliance, Virtual Appliance or Software) or as a Cloud based solution (SaaS pay-as-you-go model). Cryoserver starts distributing into Poland.
Cryoserver moves into larger premises. Cryoserver multi-tenant partner program is launched, first UK partner signed.
Expansion into Middle East with financial customers and local distribution partner.
Cryoserver Version 5 Released
Cryoserver appliances are introduced into the marketplace. Cryoserver is now delivered either as a software solution or as an appliance based solution.
Forensic & Compliance Systems Ltd, Dublin based software house acquires the rights to the Cryoserver technology. South Africa is a new territory with a local Distributor signed up. First Blue light client comes onboard.
Cryoserver seminar’s become the talk of the town, with an average attendance of 100+ people attending every two weeks at either IBM’s or Sun Microsystems City offices. Attendees are from Blue Chips, Household names, Government organisations to SMEs. Cryoserver expands Sales into North America and Scandinavia. Cryoserver first used by US Federal Government Agency.
Cryoserver holds it’s first Email and the Law Seminar in central London. Breakfast seminar briefings educating UK firms on the importance of retaining emails. First Cryoserver customer signed up is a London Law Firm
First Cryoserver Beta prototype of the Email Archive solution was made available to Law Firms to test the solution and confirm it met with the high compliance requirements.
Privacy by Design: Cryoserver developers engaged with different types of personas, including Data Protection Officers, Cyber Security Experts, Industry leading Forensic Experts, Barristers & Lawyers to help architect a solution to be compliant with the strict Data Privacy Laws and Human Rights requirements across the world. A solution was needed to preserve emails securely at rest, with full role based access and auditing to enable for emails from the Cryoserver archive to be invaluable as evidence in a court room.
Cryoserver is first conceptualised in a pub in Cambridge. The UK Government has requested Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to store email data sent by its customers and asked for that data to be handed over when requested. Cryoserver developers were cognoscente that ISPs handle huge volumes of data passing through the infrastructure per second and the need to keep customer data separated via multi-tenancy.
I just find the support from Cryoserver to be fantastic. Yet another example of a quick response, zero stress resolution. I always find your staff to be quick at responding and easy to get the system upto date or fixed.
