Cryoserver is supplied as a pre-built device, which has a wizard step-by-step installation process. The Cryoserver appliance is very simple to install (usually in less than 30 minutes), it can even be installed by non-technical staff, administered by the HR department for example. Ease of installation and use is central to the Cryoserver design, with the system befitting small and large organizations alike. Forensic & Compliance System’s customers benefit from remote standard pro-active support services and the option for on-site assistance if required.
Commoditized Solution
There are a portfolio of appliances to chose from. The difference between the appliances is the amount of storage available and processing power. The appliances can be mixed and matched to provide maximum flexibility. Using a flexible configuration from the available appliance models it is possible to scale from one user to virtually unlimited users: For example to make a 750user environment you can chose either a C1500 appliance or alternatively a C250 + C500 = 750 users.

Small businesses with limited access to internal technical resources are able to take full advantage of Cryoserver's simple design and operation. The standalone nature of Cryoserver makes it ideal for businesses looking for an archiving solution to be up and running quickly (minutes) and which on an on-going basis avoids the complexities of their email system.
