We recently introduced new products to our Cryoserver line. “Our clients said that there was a big gap between the C 1500 system and the C3500. We also found that some clients needed a larger system than our biggest: the C3500,” says Cryoserver’s Robin Bingeman.
The new models include the C1000, C2000 and C6000. Now our email archiving appliances number seven: C100, C250, C500, C1000, C2000, C3500, and C6000. More models will allow us to help a wider variety of customers – particularly mid-size and larger organizations. Each model’s identification number suggests the number of users that appliance can easily support. An organization with about 100 users, for instance, would do fine with a C100, but a very big organization would require a C6000.
“The whole product line has been upgraded to be faster and bigger. All our systems are more responsive to the client’s requirements and increasingly capable of supporting more and more emails,” says Bingeman.
Our email archiving appliance works like an airplane “black box” recorder as it records all of a client’s emails. It is available as a sealed appliance or as a software program. Either way you will have a complete, secure, tamper-evident repository for all of your organization’s emails. “Most organizations worry about fulfilling the requirements of various regulations,” explains Bingeman. “Our email archiving software and appliances supply the answer.”
Our email archiving software can be installed quickly with a simple wizard. Clients begin to notice a return on their investment immediately – by saving on IT staff time.
