LONDON, UK - Financial organizations in the UK are looking to find a solution compliant with the Financial Services Authority mobile communications recording mandate taking effect Nov. 14, 2011.

The mandate issued by the FSA, which regulates the UK's financial services businesses, will require companies that take part in the country's capital markets to record their mobile communications of all their employees who are involved in trading. The mandate includes the recording of voice calls and SMS.
