Cryoserver Launches Try It - Buy It – Love It Offer

LONDON, ENGLAND - Forensic & Compliance Systems Ltd., makers of the Cryoserver email archiving appliance and software, has introduced a new program allowing companies to try the product without obligation, by using an easy-to-install program.
Called the TLB Partner Program – or, the Try It - Love It – Buy It (TLB) plan, it allows the company to ease the path to customer commitment and illustrate the benefits of the Cryoserver email archiving software in a powerful, simple way.

"No matter which email storage platform customers are currently using, we have a wide variety of tools that allow for quick and easy transformation of the data into Cryoserver," says Robin Bingeman, of Forensic & Compliance Systems. "Our clients are often quite pleasantly surprised at how painless the experience is.

"Once installed, customers can find out more about what it really means to have a top-notch archiving system in place," Bingeman said. "Professionals who are not in IT sometimes have a misconception about archiving systems. Often, what comes to mind when they hear a reference to archiving is a vision of boxes of files, stacked up in a back room, gathering dust."  The "archive" is just another name for the repository in which the emails are held to enable the above to be efficiently carried out.

The product is an active email management tool that provides:

  • Near instantaneous access to any email sent or received, even if it has been deleted. This improves productivity and reduces IT workload.
  • An intuitive, powerful search engine that is simple to use. Authorized users may search all data; a vital tool to monitor team productivity.
  • Reduction or even elimination of staff email misuse.
  • A means to quickly meet external and internal discovery requests, returning information that will stand up in court.
  • A way to ease the burden on the IT infrastructure by reducing mail server storage needs.
  • Secure backup for emails that can be quickly retrieved.

The TLB program delivers Cryoserver as a VMWare Image enabling installation on hardware or virtual server supplied by the customer or partner running VMware Player or any other VMware version.  Cryoserver does not delete any emails from the Exchange server, and will have no impact on any future decisions, such as deploying the Cryoserver appliance. There is a small, deductible fee for the cost of installation, training and support. For more information, email details to tlbpartner@cryoserver.com, contact
