London, UK - Cryoserver, an email archiving appliance and software program, currently has a beta version of its latest incarnation, Version 6.
"We're excited to be working with this new version," says Robin Bingeman of Forensic & Compliance Systems, Ltd., the manufacturers of Cryoserver. "It's going to offer the customer an even better user experience and will entice new customers with enhanced functionality and we think they'll be very happy with it."
Our email solution automatically stores all emails going into, out of, or within an organization and preserves them in a secure, tamper-evident repository. Users can retrieve emails from the archive by searching on a number of different search terms. Cryoserver email archiving software meets forensic email requirements and regulations regarding email storage.
Our new version offers an improved user interface for end users - which will make it easier for users to set-up, operate, and search the email archive. Version 6 has a tighter integration into Microsoft Outlook, the email program the majority of customers send their email through.
"Cryoserver is already a fast program; it can store or retrieve emails in only seconds. But this new version of our email archiving compliance solution is even faster," explains Bingeman. Our programmers have also been examining and enhancing the email archive solution's functionality so it will be easier to use. In addition, the new version offers enhanced advanced search capabilities, so the end user has more ways to conduct a search through their email storage.
"More and more companies today are realizing they need email archiving services or software," notes Bingeman. "They are turning to us for the solution. With Version 6, they will experience a faster, more user-friendly program that provides even more features than before. We’re very excited about what we can offer them."
